Supplier Terms and Conditions:

• All bids are final once they are submitted. Should a mistake be made while entering a bid, you must contact streetsmartcostreduction.com immediately. However, there is no guarantee that a retraction of the bid will be accepted by the buyer. Our confirmation screen provides suppliers with the opportunity to validate their bid before entering.
• Supplier agrees to all the terms and conditions specified by the buyer in their RFQ.
• Supplier agrees to honor all bids made for the time requested by the buyer, but for no less than 30 days after the auction.
• Supplier agrees not to enter a bid below what they are able and willing to sell the entire purchase requested in the RFQ.
• If selected as the winning bid, supplier agrees not to assign any part of the procurement requirements to another supplier without prior written approval from the buyer.
• Supplier agrees not to enter into any conversations with other suppliers involved in the reverse auction that could be construed as collusion, before, during or within 30 days after the reverse auction process has been completed.

Buyer Terms and Conditions:

• Buyer agrees that each item listed in the reverse auction is a valid and near term procurement need, for the quantity listed, and that if all requirements are met, a qualified seller will be selected.
• Buyer agrees not to accept any bids not associated with the specified reverse auction, so that all sellers are treated equally, including, if applicable, your current supplier. If a supplier has already submitted a bid proposal, you agree to inform them that the bid is not acceptable and they must re-submit their bid through your reverse auction, thus maintaining bidding integrity.
• Buyer agrees to address any and all valid questions submitted by qualified sellers in a timely manner.
• Buyer agrees, with the assistance of Streetsmartcostreduction.com if necessary, to provide clear and accurate descriptions and specifications in the RFQ.
• Buyer agrees to promptly review and select a qualified supplier who has submitted a bid at or below your targeted price.
• Buyer agrees to provide a concise debrief to those suppliers not selected.

Streetsmartcostreduction.com makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by buyers or sellers using this service.
