	Registering
	1.	To bid or post an auction, you must first register. To register, simply fill out the form you received in your seller’s packet. A user name will be provided to you. Your password will automatically be generated and emailed to you. Notes: There may only be one account per email address. The system will not let you create more than one account with the same email address. Depending on how the administrator has set up the auction system, your account may need to be verified before it is activated. If verification is required, you will not be allowed to place bids until your account is activated.
	Bidding
	1.	Once you have an active account, you are ready to bid. Simply review the auction that corresponds with the RFQ that you have been selected to participate in, and then place your bid during the specified bidding period.
	2.	Note the type of auction that you are bidding on is a Reverse Auction.
	3.	It is highly recommended that you read over all terms and conditions before you place your bid. Please note that by bidding you are legally bound to the terms & conditions if you are declared the winning bidder.
	Completing the transaction
	1.	Once an auction closes an email will be sent to all participants. If you are the winning bidder you will be contacted by the buyer within 48 hours.
